Installing WordPress
To install WordPress
- Access the Control Panel page of your domain.
- Select the Wordpress application from the PowerScriptz section
of the Control Panel. The WordPress Manager page is displayed.
- Click the Install button. The WordPress application is installed
and a confirmation message is displayed.
Accessing WordPress on the Control Panel
To access WordPress on the Control Panel:
- Access the Control Panel page of your domain.
- Select the Wordpress application from the PowerScriptz section
of the Control Panel. The WordPress Manager page is displayed.
- Click the Here link, corresponding to the text To access
WordPress Blogger please click. The WordPress home page is
displayed.
Uploading Themes
You can install a theme for WordPress from the WordPress Manager
page. Before installing a theme you require to download the theme Zip
file. The downloaded theme is then uploaded from the Theme Upload
section. An uploaded theme is then made available in WordPress.
To install themes for WordPress
- Access the Control Panel page of your domain.
- Select the Wordpress application from the PowerScriptz section
of the Control Panel. The WordPress Manager page is displayed.
- Click the Browse button and select the theme zip file, that you
want to upload.
- Click the Upload button. The selected theme is uploaded and a
confirmation message is displayed.
Uninstalling WordPress
To uninstall WordPress
- Access the Control Panel page of your domain.
- Select the Wordpress application from the PowerScriptz section
of the Control Panel. The WordPress Manager page is displayed.
- Click the Uninstall button. The WordPress application is
uninstalled and a confirmation message is displayed.
Note: The Uninstall button is displayed only when WordPress is
installed in the Control Panel.
Note: Most of the Wordpress features work with Netscape 8.1. Some
features are not compliant with the older versions of Netscape.
