Some hosts will limit the amount of traffic on your site by setting a
fixed amount of bandwidth (data transfer). This is usually measured in MB
per month and can range anywhere from 100-8000 MB/month all the way to
unlimited bandwidth plans. Watch for disclaimers like:
** Over 99% of our
clients never need to worry about data transfer. The average account
uses less than 500MB. If your site should use more than the allocated
amount of data transfer (bandwidth) a fee of $0.02/MB will be billed for
each additional MB transferred.
Many hosts now offer unlimited bandwidth, make sure you get a plan that
does. You don't want to spend months marketing to bring traffic to your
site and then have to pay for it, it is supposed to be the other way
around!

restrictions apply:

host resolving at an IP or domain name that we provide.

Sites
with excessive banners, graphics or cgi's running from their domain used on
other domains.

Sites
with large archives or galleries (.gif, .jpg, exe, zip, tar, etc.).

Sites
offering a large number of download files. (This is any site where 20%
or more of their monthly traffic is from file downloads.)
Unlimited
bandwidth hosting plans are available in 50 MB, 100 MB and 200 MB
plans.
